Prices are for the property per week (Friday to Friday) and per midweek (Monday to Friday) in UK Sterling Pounds (GBP)



Changeover day: Monday and Friday

Arrival: after 4 p.m / Departure: before 10.00 a.m.

Last minute discounts : 15% for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date 

Longstay discounts : 10% for bookings of a 14 day duration.   

Earlybird discounts : 10% discount for bookings made 26 weeks (6 months) before arrival date.

Deposit: 20% of total amount within 7 days (1 week) of booking, balance to be paid no later than 56 days (8 weeks) before arrival date please. Bookings within 8 weeks: full payment on booking.

Cancellations: More than 42 days before arrival - 80% refund / From 41 to 28 days before arrival - 60% refund / From 27 to 14 days before arrival - 40% refund / From 13 to 7 days before arrival - 20% refund / From 6 days to day of arrival - No refund

Compulsory costs:-

End-of-stay cleaning - GBP 50.00 

Breakages deposit - GBP 175.00 (returned automatically 14 days after departure)

Energy costs - GBP 6.00 per night (April - September) // GBP 8.75 per night (October - March)

Tourist tax  - GBP 0.85 per person / per night
